The Groundskeeper is responsible to create an environment where people will want to live. The Groundskeeper will maintain the property to ensure pleasant curb appeal and good working order while providing customer service to your residents. Requirements
Minimum Qualifications: Requires a High School diploma and some training in various maintenance procedures. Computer experience helpful. Must have a valid Florida driver’s license, clean driving record as determined by the insurance carrier for the Diocese of Orlando.
Experience: The Groundskeepers must have a basic understanding of landscaping and grounds keeping. Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, purpose and utilize of pressure washer and basic hand tools. Communication skills are important in this position to work well in a team setting and complete repair projects under strict deadlines. Must be able to work independently.
