Intake Coordinator
The position involves assessing client eligibility, assisting with housing needs, conducting apartment inspections, coordinating rent renewals, transporting clients, collecting rent, maintaining accurate records, participating in community outreach, and complying with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Responsibilities

Assess program referrals from All Chicago for program eligibility.

Conduct Intake and assist clients with obtaining all essential documents required for housing our participants.

Provide available housing listings to clients to assist them in locating suitable, sanitary and tenantable housing.

Input client's data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).

Inspect available apartment units to ensure clients are being placed in decent housing.

X Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds

Education and Experience Requirements:
Relevant Education:
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences

Excellent communication skills as well as high level of computer literacy and organizational aptitude.
