Job Summary:
The Clinical Director is responsible to provide consultation to the Licensed Therapists, supervision to the Clinical Trainees, Mental Health Practitioners, and Interns, and maintain clinical files for Hope and the Behavioral Health Clinic.
Major Job Responsibilities:

The Clinical Director is responsible to provide consultation to the Licensed Therapists and supervision to the Clinical Trainees and Interns.

Provides supervision/clinical oversight to Licensed Therapists, Psychologists, Clinical Trainees, and Interns. This position conducts regular supervisory sessions with staff for coaching and clinical consultation related to clients and performance.
- Provides intake, assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy services
Job Requirements:
Education: M.S., M.A. Licensed Mental Health Professional including LP, LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, State Licensing Board-Approved status as a Clinical Supervisor.
Job Related Experience: Minimum of five years of experience in human services counseling position. Prior supervisory and/or management experience preferred.
