What are the responsibilities and job description for the Men's Domestic Violence Group Co-Facilitator (Part Time) position at Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St Cloud?
Position Summary:
The men’s domestic violence group co-facilitator is responsible for co-facilitating the weekly men’s Domestic Abuse Intervention Program (DAIP) group, participating in group debriefing and actively engaging in monthly probation calls.
Job duties:
Group co-facilitation
- *Aids in teaching the Men’s Domestic Violence Group curriculum to group participants
- *Actively participates as co-facilitator
- *Aids in holding participants accountable to rules around attendance and participation
Documentation of group participation and individual progress reports
- *Aids in preparing probation reports by discussing behavioral observation and progress with co-facilitator
Participation in monthly information-sharing calls with probation
- *Documents content of meetings and shares information about the men’s group participants during the call
Job Related Experience: No job-related experience required
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Must be 18 years or older
Additional Requirements: In accordance with the Domestic Abuse Intervention Project (DAIP) requirements, group sessions must be co-facilitated by one male and one female facilitator.
