Job Details
Catheterization Laboratory Assistant performs tasks which support the overall operation and efficiency of the Cath Lab Department. Duties include pre-procedure preparation of patients, and post-cath patient care. The Assistant transports geriatric and adult patients to and from the Cath Lab and performs post-catheterization,hemostasis as needed. Cine CD processing and storage/retrieval of film is also required. The Cath Lab Assistant is aware of, and responsive to, the physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of a diverse patient population.
