Job Details
The Food Service Supervisor is primarily responsible for training, orientating, developing, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Dietary Staff /Cafeteria Staff. An ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of food service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Must possess the ability to lead and motivate staff
- Troubleshoot and navigate departmental challenges that arise
- Manage staffing and scheduling for over 40 staff members
- Overall management and supervision of the kitchen and unit kitchenettes
- Assisting the department director with innovative methods and ideas to enhance the dining service for the patients and residents we serve
- Lead with a professional, respectful and empathetic disposition
Salary Range
USD $25.50 - USD $30.00 /Hr.
The pay for this position ranges from $25.50 - 30.00 per hour.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
