Job Details


Responsibilities

  • Performs all EKG’s with an emphasis on quality tracings.
  • Performs and scans all Holter Monitors, performs all Electroencephalograms.
  • Ability to utilize EKG management system.


Requirements

  • High School graduate or G.E.D.
  • Successful completion of EKG/EEG training from an accredited school.
  • Must be competent in detection of cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in acute care setting preferred; new graduates accepted.
  • Ability to operate EKG and EEG equipment. Must be able to utilize hospital information system and be proficient in Holter Monitor scanning.
  • Ability to communicate in a tactful, diplomatic way.
  • Ability to handle informa¬tion with strict confidentiality.
  • Willingness to upgrade skills with evolvement of technology

USD $29.19 - USD $29.19 /Hr.
