The Team Manager Assistant is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support necessary to assure excellent delivery of clinical care to agency's patients and staff at Good Shepard hospice.
The Team Manager Assistant's role is crucial to the functioning of the teams, serving as the front line response to calls directed to the team and the efficient management of these calls.

Job Details
Our Team Manager Assistant’s:
- Coordination of paper flow, data entry of documentation and communication with patients, physicians and staff.
- Assure delivery of clinical care for the patient and staff of a given interdisciplinary group, coordination of the paper flow, data entry of documentation and communication with patients, physicians and staff.
- Strong Communication
- Must be able to Prioritize and Multitask
Qualifications:
- Strong Computer/data entry skills
- Minimum two years office experience, preferably in a health care environment
- Excellent organizational/ communication skills; customer service skills
- Experience utilizing an Electronics Medical System, preferably Allscripts and EPIC.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Strongly Preferred.
Salary Range
USD $25.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
