As a member of the merchandising team, you will be responsible for the merchandising of Cavalier Distributing products at mass retailers, supermarkets, convenience stores and other retailers of beverages. The merchandiser will be also responsible for securing, maintaining, and expanding premium shelf space and displays as well as keeping an open line of communication with their sales representatives.
Position Overview
- Pack out Cavalier products to shelves, build displays, and utilize point of sale to get customer attention and increase sales.
- Follow merchandising guidelines and training directives daily.
- Communicate well with store management, Cavalier Distributing management, and sales representatives.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

Requirements
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate
- Experience in a grocery, food and beverage, or retail environment is a plus, but not a requirement.
- High-energy team player that is self-motivated and willing to work hard.
- Work well independently as a part of a bigger team.
- Have the desire for personal and professional growth within the company.
- Must have a valid unexpired driver’s license with a clean DMV record.
- Must have reliable transportation.
