Quality Technician

Cavallero Plastics is an ISO9001 certified injection molding company seeking an experienced Quality Technician for immediate hire.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Must be able to read part prints and engineering drawings.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Able to read and follow control plans and instructions.
• Proficient use of all common handheld inspection equipment as well as vision systems, manual and CNC CMM's, and other specialty gages.
• Perform incoming/first piece inspections, maintain all documentation, analyze historical data and communicate with production team.
• Perform first article inspections and reporting.
• Perform DOE, IQOQPQ, and qualification inspections and complete reports.
• Ensures that products meet the organizations and customers’ quality and product integrity requirements.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Extensive knowledge of or the ability to quickly learn quality & production processes.

· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across departments.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
