The environment is cold and damp, job requires standing on concrete and/or elevated platforms and use of knives is a must.
Fabrication Production Team Members will be performing a combination of tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility including:
Basic responsibilities
- Process and break down pieces
- Cut, trim, skin and debone meat products as per specification
- Use tools and/or machinery such as knives, hooks, saws, skinner machines, etc.
- Must wear all PPE -protective safety equipment.
- Must follow all safety, food safety and GMP
- Other duties as assigned
We are willing to train but prefer previous experience in beef industry.
Required Qualification
- Legal to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to pass physical
