Glazier Project Manager

We’re seeking a skilled Project Manager with field experience in the glass and glazing industry. You’ll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, timelines, and resources
• Coordinate teams and ensure projects meet quality standards and safety regulations
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Facilitate meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and clients
• Use project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project) to track progress and milestones
• Oversee material procurement and ensure project specifications are met
• Manage relationships with clients and support contract negotiations

Qualifications:

• 5 years in the commercial glass and glazing industry, with project management or superintendent experience
• Strong knowledge of glass systems (curtain walls, storefronts, glass railings/doors)
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
• Experience with scope management and contract negotiation is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• 1099 contract
• Performance bonus

• Monday to Friday
