What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full-Time Family Support Counselor position at CBH Care?
Responsibilities
Develops service plans with families in addition to providing a wide scope of clinical and concrete services
Facilitates single family consultations, family groups, assertive outreach, and engages families in community services
Functions as an active team member by participating in program activities, communicating all consumer related information to peers, and leading groups with and without peers
Must adhere to the program’s standard for ensuring all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Operates the organization’s vehicles in a safe and professional manner
Qualifications
BSW in social work, BA/BS in psychology, or a related field
Two years of experience in mental health and human services
Valid New Jersey driver’s license
