Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Sales, Inventory, and Traffic specialists to ensure the seamless execution of advertising campaigns.
- Client Order Management: Handle client order entry and project management, coordinating with internal departments to guarantee client satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Campaign Monitoring: Track and report on campaign impressions regularly, collaborating with various departments to make necessary adjustments for optimal delivery and billing.
- Issue Resolution: Generate and analyze reports to identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to campaigns and creative content.
- Financial Coordination: Partner with Billing and Finance teams to clear discrepancies and ensure accurate revenue recognition at the end of campaigns.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 1 year experience in data entry
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required to interface across multiple levels and groups
- The ability to understand and work with numbers, including basic arithmetic and more advanced algebraic concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Acute attention to detail and responsible work ethic
- Highly motivated self-starter and exceptional team player, with a strong ability to rapidly learn and adapt to evolving industry and organizational environments
- Desire and interest to work in advertising sales across media & entertainment platforms
- 1 year experience in media sales, advertising or adjacent field a plus
- Experience in WideOrbit a plus
