Mobile Home Park Manager – Natchez, MS
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mobile Home Park Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a small mobile home park in Natchez, Mississippi.
Responsibilities include:
- Collecting rent and managing tenant accounts
- Communicating with residents and enforcing park rules
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs (light hands-on work a plus)
- Showing homes/lots to prospective tenants
- Handling move-ins, move-outs, and basic paperwork
Qualifications:
- Property management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license required
- Background check required
