MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1.EMT Certification as required by the WV or OH Department of Health. Card required or eligible for WV or OH Legal Recognition. 2.Must have valid driver’s license. 3.BLS CPR may be taken during new hire orientation. 4.Completion of Emergency Vehicle Operations Course within 60 days of hire. Responsible for assisting in removal of victims from scene of accident. 4. Responsible for safe and efficient patient transport with continued care of the patient en-route to the hospital. 5. Responsible for assisting with vehicle maintenance, ambulance equipment and replenishes supplies.
