Overview
Customer facing and selling role (quotas) responsible for traditional, face-to-face outside sales conducted primarily through direct interaction with customers.Primary focus of role is growing sales and market share by converting new customers and managing/retaining and increasing sales to existing customers.May sell a combination of products, solutions, and/or service agreements.Responsibilities
- Acquisition of New Clients / Consultant
- Creating a short- and long-term Sales Plan with the intention of achieving the given objectives.
- Management of Customer relationship / key accounts
- Lead the conversion from Marketing channels.
- Develop the Existing Dealer.
- Identify and appoint the new dealers as per the Business requirements.
- Consistently achieve revenue goals to meet the team / organizational goals.
- Obtaining referrals from the existing customer to increase the sales pipeline.
- Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio as per customer feedback and market requirements.
- Actively looking for possibilities to increase the sales funnel.
- Lead to conduct Seminars / Webinar. Lead to participate in exhibition to increase the product / brand awareness.
- Pre and Post sales support to increase the customer satisfaction level.
- Reporting and operations.
Qualifications
- B.E / B.Tech / MBA
- 5 to 8 years experience
