Overview: The Provider Collaborator Coordinator serves as the relationship manager and provider of ongoing support to our collaborating physician network.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding of collaborative physicians;
  • Provide ongoing support to collaborative physicians;
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on any performance management issues that may arise with physicians;
  • Send and manage monthly audit process with collaborating physicians to ensure that they are compliant with state requirements;
  • Conduct pay auditing function and manage invoice processing for payment to collaborative physicians;
  • Coordinate with compliance team to ensure that collaborative agreements are in place in all states we are currently operating in and that we are meeting the requirements for each state;
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures;
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted timelines;
  • Monitor & report on business performance, trends & updates;
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with our collaborative physician team; and Positive, passionate, energetic and solution oriented.
  • Maintain compliance with Complexcare Solutions policies, procedures and mission statement;
  • Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Complexcare Solutions Operating Policies and
  • Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;
  • Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Complexcare Solutions for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;
  • Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; and

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent phone etiquette;
  • Highly organized with an aptitude for problem solving;
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently;
  • Strong knowledge in Excel; and
  • Good mastery of MS PowerPoint Word and Outlook.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related field preferred; and
  • Experience in client management or customer service field is a preferred.
  • Physical Demands and Work Environment:
  • Sedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time);
  • Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
  • Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
  • Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
  • Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.
