Account Executive
As Account Executive within our OEM Channel Sales division, the main responsibilities will be owning the full sales cycle from lead generation to close, including lead follow-up, program overview presentation, product demonstration scheduling, product evaluation cycle support, advancing the sales cycle, and negotiating/closing deals with senior personnel. (OEM deals follow an enterprise sales cycle with deal sales cycles ranging anywhere from 3-6 months for smaller organizations and 9-12 months for large, tier 1 accounts.) You will carry a new-booked business (NBB) quota and will be required to execute solution-selling skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts by creating individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts.
- Call on and develop relationships with new prospects in an effort to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations.
- Engage in thorough partner opportunity assessment to determine appropriate OEM commercial model.
- Navigate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders and initiatives within Key Accounts.
- Exceed established new business bookings (NBB) targets for OEM partnership sales.
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities in Salesforce.com.
- Effectively and accurately manage personal revenue pipeline to maximize all new business opportunities.
- Monitor and report sales activity within Salesforce.com.
- Ensure relationships with key decision-makers for accounts that will provide new business are continuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grown.
- Work with cross functional departments to ensure customer satisfaction, share feedback, and customize collateral and sales positioning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally with strong academic credentials
- At least 5 years of prior revenue generating software sales experience or related industry
- Familiarity with a high outbound call volume and high talk time sales environment
- Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
- Effective at integrating knowledge from prospecting, consultative selling, negotiating contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
- Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently while contributing to team initiatives
- Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity, highly motivated and goal-oriented
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations against revenue goals
- Moderate level of technical expertise (from a usability standpoint) and an interest in technology
- Ability to pick up and maintain technical product knowledge quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of computer literacy is a must
- Ability to work with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com or similar contact management software
- Industry experience in one or more of the following areas is highly preferred: SaaS, BI & Analytics, Data Warehouse, Data Governance, Data Integration, Low Code, Data Preparation, and Data Virtualization
