Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Westampton, NJ
Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at our Westampton facility. This role is responsible for ensuring all deliveries are accurately assigned to the appropriate contractors and completed on time, while also supporting general warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Assign and update outgoing deliveries to the correct contractors as needed
- Close out completed work orders once deliveries are fulfilled
- Respond to Customer Service inquiries related to drivers and deliveries
- Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving freight and maintaining a clean work environment
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Terminal Manager
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse and/or dispatch role
- Logistics experience is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
