What are the responsibilities and job description for the CLINICAL SUPERVISOR position at Cedar Hills Hospital?
The Outpatient Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight and guidance for the outpatient program. Including that of both Program/Group Therapists as well as Intake/Assessment staff. The Clinical Supervisor will be required to hold treatment team meetings, individual and group supervision sessions with staff, handle escalated patient situations, perform chart reviews/audits, provide clinical feedback and guidance to staff, assist with employee evaluations, and assist the director with program development. Additional tasks include performing routine intake assessments, as well as running group therapy sessions.
Qualifications:- Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related Degree, PhD, or PsyD required.
- Licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD required. License required for this position. CADCI or higher required within 3 months of hire.
- Experience: 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years as a licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD).
