Part-time Mental Health Worker
Hours 15-27 hours per week, including direct practice and office time
Pay - $22 per hour
We need candidates to work in the community and with clients in their own homes providing supportive skill building.
We provide client-centered mental health services to adults (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, ARMHS) through our skill building programming, including teaching coping skills, practicing social skills, and other skills that clients identify as necessary in their treatment process.
Primary tasks include:
*Meeting with multiple clients per day, in their homes and in the community
*Engage in supervision and continuing education meetings on a weekly basis
Education and/or Experience:
* Experience can include, residential settings with clients with disabilities, PCA experience, HHC experience and any other experience in settings with clients with mental health issues.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and 2000 hours of supervised practice with mental health or 2 years (4000 hours) of supervised experience in the delivery of mental health services to people with mental illness.
· Must be at least 18 years old
· Have an associate of arts degree
Have two years of full-time postsecondary education or a total of 15 semester hours or 23 quarter hours in behavioral sciences or related fields
No nights or weekends
