The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of office procedures and administrative support. This role requires a high level of loyalty, integrity, and experience in building construction.

- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assist front desk personnel and cover the position when necessary.
- Serve as the point person for building maintenance.
- Distribute incoming faxes and mail to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare credit applications for vendors.
- Manage American Express and Visa payments for vendors on projects.
- Book hotel and travel arrangements for superintendents working out of town and other personnel as needed.
- Maintain and order office supplies.
- Assist with the maintenance of certified payroll for projects.
- Assemble paperwork for completed projects.
- Minimum of a two (2) year college education preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in construction office administration or related field.
- Team player with the ability to work independently, analyze data, multitask, and have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word/ and Publisher, intermediate level-spreadsheets. Sage inacct, Sage CM,
- Knowledge of office management and administrative systems and procedures.
