Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust is committed to being the most customer-focused financial institution in Cedar Rapids and is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to join our team. The key attributes of this position to provide phone and email assistance to business customers, be the primary resource for questions regarding all calls and emails received in the department and assist with products/services implementation and maintenance for all Treasury Management services.
To be considered for this position applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years previous banking experience, strong customer service skills, written and both in person and on the phone and strong computer skills including Excel, using multiple data sources and pivot tables.
