CVMS Orthopedic Clinic located on the campus of University of Northern Iowa is looking for a driven front desk specialist to help serve patients in the clinic. Primary job responsibilities include greeting patients with a friendly attitude while assisting the check in and out process including verifying insurance, updating demographics, collecting payments, and answering multi-line phones. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and aptitude to work for and with others.
This position is part-time. No weekends or holidays.
Requirements
Experience working in a medical office setting is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills and desire to serve others.
