Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Program Manager who is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects or programs within an organization. Their role typically involves coordinating multiple teams, managing resources, and ensuring that projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take care of end-to-end CEF staffing services from hiring to employee management
- Acting as a POC with clients Care for clients request and provide regular reporting
- Training and onboarding staffing employees including safety training
- Sourcing manufacturing employees utilizing his/her hiring skill/knowledge and human network
Qualifications:
- Experienced in the staffing business industry (preferably in manufacturing industry)
- Knowledge about HR management (policy and procedure)
- Knowledge about manufacturing safety protocols such as OSHA
- MS Office skills for data analytics and client reporting
Other Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without any restrictions
- Okay to work 100% on-site in Clarksville, TN.
