What are the responsibilities and job description for the Metrology Engineer position at CEIA USA?
Essential Functions:

- Collaborate with third-party governments and standard institutions in the development and refinement of industry standards and test methods for security metal detectors.
- Analyze customer requests and requirements, conducting thorough testing and analysis to devise tailored solutions that best meet their specific applications.
- Collect and analyze measurement data, providing detailed technical reports and actionable recommendations for improvements and optimization.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust metrology systems and procedures to ensure high standards of measurement accuracy and precision.
- Perform calibration and validation of measurement instruments and equipment, adhering to industry standards and company protocols to ensure reliability and consistency.
- Keep comprehensive records of calibration procedures, measurement data, and equipment maintenance to support traceability and continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide expert training and guidance to technical staff on measurement techniques, best practices, and the use of metrology equipment.
