What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Tester position at Celadon Systems, Inc.?

Celadon designs and manufactures custom Probe-Cards that aid in the electrical testing of semiconductors. We have an opportunity for an electrical test operator in our manufacturing organization to help us rapidly grow our fast-paced business.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the engineering and manufacturing teams to provide test support during the various stages of the manufacturing process.
  • Perform advanced production testing for several product families.
  • Help debug equipment and software issues related to electrical testing.
  • Assist with the development and validation of production fixtures and equipment.
  • Periodically, assist with product development activities.
  • Investigate and drive disposition of quality issues found during electrical testing.
  • Perform analyses to help identify root cause issues.
  • Assist in authoring and maintaining test plans.
  • Author and edit work instructions related to electrical testing.
  • Trouble shoot and repair production equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience and/or Training:

  • Knowledge of advanced low-voltage and/or high-voltage applications.
  • Skillful with statistical analysis tools and communicating clear results and action plans.
  • Semiconductor Test Equipment Experience would be beneficial.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Microsoft Word/Excel, Etc.
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Requires the ability to work Shift defined as Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm. Shift assignments may change over time in support of business operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
