Role Description:
- Project Management of multiple global projects- facilitation of meetings, meeting planning, note taking and action item summaries-global asset planning major current project
- Assistance with Development and shaping of slide decks for read outs of project
- Heavy Coordination with other global project management coordinators to align on deliverables for cross project connectivity where appropriate
- Understanding of global nuances-time zone differences
- Understanding of global market access and pharma to best support and understand acronyms, meeting feedback and implications
- Fast paced environment with many projects progressing at once
- Sr leadership readout and presentations are often so attention to detail, ability to summarize and develop summary slides critical
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of creative / marketing project management experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of Pharma experience
- DTC experience preferred not essential
- Global Pharma experience preferred not essential
