At Cellares, we are committed to driving innovation in life science and advancing the field of cell and gene therapy. We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist, Scientific Affairs to join our team and contribute to our mission.
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline, with 2 years of experience working in cell and gene therapy drug development and/or commercialization.
Your primary focus will be on providing scientific and strategic guidance across the organization, ensuring alignment between scientific advancements and business goals. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of current and upcoming Cellares technology capabilities and performance specifications.
You will review and translate internal performance data into customer-facing content, drive pre-sale data deep dives and technology feasibility discussions with potential clients, and establish and maintain strong working relationships with partners and clients throughout the entire life cycle of projects.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $210,000 and a comprehensive benefits package that includes highly subsidized Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans, 401(k) Matching, Free EV Charging, Onsite lunches, and Stock options.
