We are currently looking for an Intern Founder’s Associate (m/f/x). You will define and execute strategic developments in Cello focus areas in close collaboration with the founders. The main focus areas will be on Business Development, with occasional involvement in further areas such as Investor Relations and Finance.

We are currently looking for an Intern Founder’s Associate (m/f/x). You will define and execute strategic developments in Cello focus areas in close collaboration with the founders. The main focus areas will be on Business Development, with occasional involvement in further areas such as Investor Relations and Finance.

- Seed, GrowthTech
- Remote-first ( /-3 CET)
- Duration: Ideally 6 months or longer
- Unique growth opportunity: early-stage GrowthTech start-up backed by top-tier investors like HVCapital, ByFounders, TinyVC, and operator angels from YouTube, Personio, and Workday (5.4M€ total funding)
- Co-create & execute the roadmap of a product that went from inception to go-live with first customers within 8 months (Typeform, Moss, sevDesk etc.)
- Strong momentum: Paid ad prices are skyrocketing, and there is a tech downturn - SaaS companies are looking for more cost-effective sales channels
- We onboard 15 new customers every single month and already have more than 1M enabled users.
- Become a central part of an experienced and passionate co-founding team on our journey to a truly great company (ex-Twilio, ex-Wise, ex-Microsoft, etc.)
General
- Expand your knowledge of a high-growth SaaS startup and learn about several key areas of early-stage operations
- Work in an exciting, dynamic, and supportive environment in close collaboration with our co-founders
- You will own our affiliate & influencer programand drive forward its productization in close collaboration with the co-founders, the product team, and our customers
- Lead the creation of a scalable new product of Cello for companies to manage their SaaS influencer/ affiliate programs
- Work closely with our current and future customers to set up and scale their influencer and affiliate programs
- You will support us in testing and experimenting with various customer acquisition channels to generate new leads
- You will help us expand our competitor analysis and identify new growth potential
- You will support us in building an efficient outbound lead generation motion (e.g., sourcing automation)
- You will reach out to sales prospects through email and social media with the goal to schedule demos
- You will support operating our semi-automated outbound sales process and support our sales back office
- Drive operational excellence across all Cello functions, e.g. growth, customer success, marketing, sales, finance
- Supporting founders in upcoming fundraising rounds and investor relations

Required
- You are enrolled as a student, ideally pursuing a degree in marketing, management, business informatics, or related subjects
- First experience in a customer facing function (Sales, BizDev, Marketing, Consulting)
- You are a fast learner and quickly adapt to new areas
- You are result-oriented and devoted to execution
- You incorporate a can-do-attitude, and you are enthusiastic about taking on new challenges
- You are strongly self-motivated to learn and continuously strive to acquire knowledge for personal and professional reasons
- You love working in a highly dynamic environment
- You have gained first experiences in high-growth start-ups
- You're a highly skilled communicator with full-fledged proficiency in English
- You have basic engineering skills (e.g. python) to write simple automation scripts (e.g. automatic sourcing) or experience with no-code tools
