Requirements
- Experience: 2 years in full-cycle recruiting in corporate or agency settings
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- Tech-savvy with a problem solving attitude
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with ATS platforms like Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of employment laws, talent sourcing strategies, and screening best practices
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple roles
- Demonstrated flexibility and accountability in a fast-moving talent environment
- Manage end-to-end recruiting across assigned roles and departments
- Source qualified, diverse candidates through digital platforms and strategic outreach
- Conduct resume reviews, virtual interviews, and present candidate recommendations
- Partner with hiring managers to build job postings and define search strategies
- Negotiate and extend offers while coordinating handoffs to the onboarding team
- Track candidate activity, maintain organized pipelines, and meet KPI targets
- Provide hiring process guidance to stakeholders while ensuring compliance
- Support college recruiting or local hiring events as needed
- Contribute to HR projects during slower recruiting periods
