What are the responsibilities and job description for the Content Designer position at Cenikor Foundation?
This Content Designer is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of clinical, technical, and soft skill training programs; in addition to creating print, video, and web-based training materials and tracking the effectiveness of training.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- :Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training materials for computer or web-based training, as well as traditional print materials and presentations
- .Creates the design and layout of projects for Cenikor Foundation, including, but not limited to, content designs, multimedia presentations and print
- .Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Instructional design standards and developments and assist in creating internal standards for training development projects
- .Utilizes the learning management system for creating and implementing web-based training, online exams and modules
- .Investigate, analyze, and stay informed about current and future technology trends
- .Support instructor-led training activities through the production of audio video
- .Work closely with Director of Talent Development, to identify root causes & needs and develop solutions for improved training content
- .Develop and maintain a system wide process for training new nurses & counselors on documentation standards, progress note documentation, nursing assessments, clinical justification documentation and other nursing & counselor documentation
- .Design nursing & counselor training programs to support excellence in nursing & counselor documentation, which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, action learning, and e-learning
- .Act as an onsite training representative as needed at the facility
- .Maintain status as subject matter expert in content development and documentation
- .Assist Director of Talent Development with evaluating training program's effectiveness, success and development
- .Maintain subject matter expertise in content development and documentation, keeping a keen understanding of training success trends and documentation best practice
- .Support LMS as backup for team as needed
- .Ensure completion of Big 5 performance management tool by the required deadline and use of SMART goals to support annual performance compensation review
- .Uphold the core principles of Cenikor's culture and create a positive working environment for all team members
- .Perform additional duties as assigned and consistent with the exempt functions as assigned in this job description
- .Manage content projects from inception to completion, including planning, research, writing, editing, and final production
- .Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines
- .Demonstrate strong work ethics by maintaining focus, punctuality, and consistently meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of all content
