Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt
Location: CCV Office in Columbus, Ohio (Hybrid/Remote Flexibility Considered), with Occasional Statewide Travel

Key Responsibilities
AI Integration and Systems Optimization Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of artificial intelligence tools to improve efficiency across departments.
- Build and manage automations for workflows including donor engagement, event planning, and internal reporting.
- Evaluate and deploy AI-powered CRM, data analytics, and communication platforms.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of legislative, demographic, and cultural data to support CCV’s public policy initiatives.
- Utilize machine learning tools to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and generate actionable insights.
- Support the policy team with tools to produce rapid, high-quality research, reports, and briefings.
- Work with communications staff to use AI-enhanced tools for email marketing, list segmentation, and message optimization.
- Integrate AI into social media strategies to expand CCV’s digital footprint and effectively reach target audiences.
- Track and analyze performance metrics across digital channels and suggest refinements.
- Configure, deploy and customize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, Virtuous, to meet specific organizational needs.
- Maintain the integrity, security, and functionality of CCV’s digital infrastructure.
- Provide technical oversight of third-party platforms and vendor relationships.
- Develop long-term technology strategies that align with CCV’s mission and growth goals.
Skills and Experience
- A strong personal commitment to the mission and values of CCV.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, public policy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of experience in technology leadership, data analytics, or AI integration.
- Proven experience implementing AI tools and data pipelines in a nonprofit, policy, or advocacy context.
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, machine learning platforms, or data visualization software.
- Familiarity with digital communications tools such as Mailchimp, NationBuilder, or similar platforms.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of public policy, state government, or issue advocacy.
- Familiarity with faith-based nonprofits or political engagement from a Christian perspective.
- Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
- Agreement with and adherence to CCV’s Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.
- Demonstrated commitment to CCV’s mission and position on Core Issues.
- Ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
- Trustworthy, responsible, tactful, diplomatic, and focused on building consensus rather than emphasizing differences.
