- Design and teach an Algebra 2 course to strengthen algebraic reasoning and prepare students for college-level math demands.
- Develop and facilitate Math Lab activities where students apply math through hands-on projects, technical simulations, and career-related tasks.
- Bridge math instruction with practical applications such as blueprint reading, electrical circuit calculations, data analysis, tolerances, and fabrication measurements.
- Embed problem-based learning and application-based instruction into daily practice.
- Use formative assessments to monitor student mastery of standards and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with STEM and technology teachers to design cross-disciplinary projects aligned to real-world technical fields.
- Provide students with timely, actionable feedback to guide growth in fluency, conceptual understanding, and technical problem-solving.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes mathematical inquiry, creativity, career readiness, and real-world competence.
