What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Therapist position at Center for NeuroPotential?
Seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist
JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM OF THERAPISTS
Do you have a passion for helping people?
Are you ready to join a cutting-edge practice that specializes in brain-based treatments?
We are looking for licensed clinicians who have a strong desire to specialize in trauma and have advanced training in evidence-based therapies including Ego States Work/IFS, Somatic-based treatment, and brain-based treatment such as EMDR, or Brainspotting.
If you are a dynamic, motivated, ethical, client-centered therapist, our practice will be a place where you can grow and flourish. We provide administrative and billing support to our clinicians so you can focus on providing the highest level of care without distractions!
We are a compassionate group practice with experienced clinicians that have a passion for helping people, particularly those with trauma. In addition to evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy, we also provide neurofeedback and neuropsychological assessments. Due to our excellent reputation, the Center for NeuroPotential receives referrals from physicians and other mental health clinicians from all over the state.
The position will include a mix of telehealth and in-person appointments, dependent on the COVID-19 community spread. We will train you on how to ethically and effectively provide trauma-informed therapy (including EMDR) via telehealth. As of June 21, 2022, most of our sessions are being done in person.
Our clients are highly motivated to heal. Each potential new patient is screened during a phone consultation to ensure that we are a good fit for them and that they are a good fit for the practice. Because of this screening, our clinicians have a high retention rate and are able to successfully treat and discharge patients.
Please note, this is not a temporary or short-term position. We are looking for clinicians who want the Center for NeuroPotential to be their "clinical home" where they can grow and flourish professionally.
