Job Purpose
Center for Social Change, Inc. (CSC) provides the highest quality care for individuals of all ages with developmental disabilities. CSC is a security conscious organization committed to maintaining safety across all residential units and related facilities. We are currently seeking three security surveillance specialists to uphold the organization's mission of fostering a safe and supportive environment for our clients. This position is tasked with real-time 24/7 observation and reporting utilizing our internal surveillance system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 21 years or older
- Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods of time is required
- Previous experience in security surveillance is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail
Essential Responsibilities
- Monitor video surveillance systems to ensure safety and security.
- Operate and maintain video surveillance systems.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, or emergencies.
- Ensure all cameras and monitoring equipment are functioning properly; report any malfunctions.
- Follow company procedures for documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
