What are the responsibilities and job description for the Primary Case Coordinator position at Center for Vocational Rehabilitation?
Seeking a Primary Case Coordinator (PCC) to provide services to adults enrolled in the mental health program at the Center for Vocational Rehabilitation, Inc.
As a PCC, you will be required to facilitate a number of therapeutic groups. You will also manage a caseload of individuals to help normalize the individual’s lifestyle and facilitate integration into the community.
Position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or a related Human Services field.
Hours are from 8:00-4:00 Monday thru Friday.
