What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Clerk/Key Holder position at Center of Hope?
Hours:
Tuesday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm
Saturday 8:30am-2:30pm
Duties:
- Overseeing daily operations of the retail store
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure products are readily available for customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using computer systems and point-of-sale software
