THE JOB
As a Family Support Worker, you will serve as a member of the SquareOne Integrated team to provide support to youth and families experiencing behavioral health crisis. Family Support Workers will model appropriate skills and behaviors, advocate for individuals, and work actively and cooperatively as a team member to ensure that each person served has access to the services most appropriate for their individual needs. Workers will screen and assess individuals for safety who are experiencing a behavioral health crisis and provide counseling on access to lethal means, safety planning, resources for mental health and substance use services, psychiatric services, and/or primary services.

WHAT YOU HAVE
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience working in Behavioral Health
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and related needs
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record (last 7 years)
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred
