Northern Metropolitan Adult Day Health Center is actively seeking CNA Team Members to work for our Adult Day Care facility located in Airmont, NY.
We are now offering a $500 Sign-On bonus!
Duties :
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in recreational activities.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients, and other healthcare team members.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients' condition to the nursing staff.
- Help with toileting and continence care.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients.
- Assist with transportation to and from the facility if needed.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.
