What You Will Do: As a Floral Designer at Centerville Florists, you will:

• Craft stunning floral arrangements following our unique in-store and wire service recipes, and let your creativity shine by designing custom floral creations.
  
• Work closely with customers to capture their vision and preferences, crafting arrangements that meet their needs and price points.
  
• Ensure all orders are packaged with care for safe and efficient delivery.
  
• Keep your design space tidy and organized, optimizing both creativity and productivity.
  
• Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships through effective communication and a positive demeanor.
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For: Our ideal candidate possesses:

• Proven experience in fresh-cut floral design, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to create a range of exceptional arrangements.
  
• Required availability to work on Saturdays, major floral holidays (including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Easter), local homecomings, proms, and other significant event dates. These periods are our peak times, and your contribution will be crucial to our success.
  
• A dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the skill to prioritize and adapt to last-minute requests gracefully.
  
• Computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Windows and Office, and a willingness to master new floral software and systems.
  
• The physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move products up to 40 lbs.
  
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal abilities
