CentiMark Corporation is actively hiring an experienced Roofing Service Manager in Lakeland, FL! The ideal candidate will have commercial/industrial roofing experience, leadership/supervisory experience, and provide exceptional service to our customers.
This role is paying a base salary of $60k - $80k plus bonus opportunity & premier benefits!
Job Summary:
- Marketing and developing service
- Scheduling and supervising two-man crews – ensuring that they are operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Estimating, proposing, and selling repair work from some provided leads
- Inspect service jobs for safety and workmanship
- Responsible for management/growth of service department
Candidate Requirements:
- 5 years’ experience in commercial roofing or commercial roofing sales is preferred
- 2 years’ experience in commercial roofing service
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience with EPDM, Acrylic, Single Ply, PVC and/or TPO is required
