Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Consumer Loan Processor in Columbus, IN.
The minimum starting wage for this opportunity is $19.97 per hour.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (This position may be required to perform additional duties as requested. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform.)
· Logs and Reviews file for Indirect loan products to determine that all required items have been collected for the file
· Responsible for providing all Consumer real estate loan disclosures to members
· Reviews application for Consumer Direct loan products to determine that all required items have been collected for the file.
· Updates Consumer Direct loan product application to prepare for loan closing
· Prepares all Consumer Direct loan product documents for loan closing
· Communicates with dealer partners when items are missing from the file or when the dealer has funding questions
· Communicates with Retail Team Members regarding loan closing information
· Responsible for mailing out and/or processing payoffs for both external and internal accounts
· Orders services and reviews (appraisal, title, flood) for Consumer Real Estate loan products
· Funds all Consumer loan products to Centra core system
· Inputs accurate HMDA information for all Consumer Real Estate loan products
· Assists with loan servicing of all Consumer loan products
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – (Equivalent combination of Education & Experience will be considered.)
· High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
· Under one year of similar or preparatory experience.
