Full-time | 80 hours per two weeks | Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Hybrid position with onsite work in the St. Cloud area.

CentraCare is looking for a hardworking individual that knows healthcare software development and project management methodologies or wants to learn about them to join our Project Management team. The successful candidate will be hired as a Project Manager.
What you’ll do:
- The Project Manager coordinates activities of internal and external groups (staff, vendors, partners, etc.) to achieve project goals.
- Delivery of multiple concurrent business-critical projects and programs in a fast-paced environment on time and within set budgets.
- Initiates, plans, monitors, controls, executes, and closes medium to large scale and/or multi-location projects to achieve project requirements and goals within established budgets and timelines.
- Ensures project scope, requirements, and goals are clear and agreed to by all sponsors and stakeholders.
- Develops and maintains project management documentation for projects assigned, including project plan and communication plan development.
- Communicates, tracks, and distributes project statuses to the project sponsors and project stakeholders.
- Creates risk mitigation plans, monitors, and mitigates identified risks ongoing through the project lifecycle.
- Identifies project issues, investigates, and guides project resources to resolution. Escalates issues to management as applicable.
- Facilitates and controls test planning and execution, including tracking of testing successes and failures.
- Contributes to management of project budget and costs.
- Supports and applies the project management standards and process as defined by the organization.

What you’ll have:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited four-year college or university required. Equivalent experience permitted in lieu of education.
- 3 years of project management experience required.
- Experience with Project Management tools.
- Proven ability to monitor and track performance, anticipate risks, and resolve issues.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with demonstrated experience in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of software development and project management methodologies required.
Special Requirements:
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required within 5 years.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification required within 3 years if PMP has not been obtained within 3 years.
