CentraCom is a proven provider of enterprise-grade networking, communications and connectivity services that address a wide variety of telecommunications technologies. Headquartered in Fairview, Utah, the Company owns and operates a statewide fiber-optic network comprised of both metropolitan access networks and extensive coverage throughout rural Utah.
The software developer in this position will be a member of a small team that creates and maintains cloud applications, with opportunities to contribute at each stage of the development process.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of server operating systems and web services (Ubuntu/Nginx or similar)
- Strong understanding of PHP (including Laravel or similar framework)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript (including Vue.js or similar framework)
- Strong understanding of SQL and database design
- Excellent logic and problem-solving skills
- Additional experience: UI, UX, Multi-Platform Apps, vSphere
The ideal candidate:
- Has 3 years of professional experience as a software developer
- Has a related degree or additional training/experience
- Has a proven ability to develop and support applications
- Enjoys software development and system administration tasks
- Works well with co-workers and clients in collaborative environments
