Position Summary: Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining efficient internal controls and adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsible for the supervision and training of administrative staff.
Work Hours: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturday's required
Pay Rate: Up to $30.00/hr DOE
Benefits: Paid Holiday's, Paid Vacation, and Uniforms
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily and weekly reporting to management as directed
- Maintain job log, set up newly sold jobs per company's stated procedures
- Assist managers with written correspondence to vendors and customers
- Code timecards and assist with process payroll
- Maintain current pricing on all job cost spreadsheets
- Maintain all insurance data, including policies, certificates of insurance, vehicle insurance, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience in office administration
- Great phone presence
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Team player
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer skills and data entry skills

- Associates in Administration
