What are the responsibilities and job description for the Consumer Banking Operations Associate position at Central Bank?
Responsible for completing control audits throughout the branch network, completing monthly reports and assisting with various special projects. Serves a critical role in helping to identify areas of improvement within the retail branch network. Must communicate effectively with all branch employees and management.
Duties, Scope, Responsibliities & Authority
Responsible for taking accurate notes and detailing all operations in a timely and efficient manner. Utilize all available resources to help identify issues and potential errors in branch network processing. Completes audit reports and follows up with manager to identify goals and needs for branches.
Responsible for compliance with all banking regulations which are applicable to the job, including Bank Secrecy Act and information security initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Reports to the Consumer Banking Operations Officer.

High school education or equivalent with GED. General education at college level is preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills and a professional demeanor required. Strong attention to detail, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Must be a current college student. Ability to handle highly confidential customer information. Ability to work in fast paced environment with accuracy.
