Description
Central Bethany, an established and growing real estate development and property management company just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area, seeks a Maintenance Porter to join the Facilities team! The successful candidate will assist with the Grounds of Bethany Village and perform occasional light maintenance tasks, as well as general cleaning to ensure all village areas appear professional at all times. Prior, similar work experience preferred but not required!
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 7:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: $21.00 - $21.50 per hour
Shift: Full-time
Drivers License Required.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the maintenance team when requested
- Maintain trash receptacles located throughout property
- Pick up loose mail, trash, debris, and disposing of it appropriately
- Clean windows and perform other general cleaning tasks
- Pressure wash sidewalks & perform occasional light, outdoor painting
- Water plants

Qualifications
Language Requirement
All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
