POSITION : Building Utility Person - TEMPORARY (Full-time / no benefits for new hires) LOCATION : Central Bucks HIgh School West AVAILABLE : February 2024 - TBD (Exact dates are TBD) COMPENSATION : $21.69 p / hr HOURS : 6 : 30 am – 3 : 00 pm DESCRIPTION : Building Utility Person’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Perform custodial work such as collecting trash, vacuuming, mopping, etc.
- Perform building maintenance such as light carpentry, painting, electrical, ventilation and equipment repairs.
- Perform ground maintenance including mowing grass, weeding, trimming, raking and preparing / lining athletic fields.
- Building security and related tasks.
- Ability to cover for the building in the absence of the Head Custodian.
- All other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS : A working knowledge and understanding of commercial building maintenance and custodial duties as listed above. Ability to work well with others and function as a team player. PROCEDURE : Apply through the CBSD Employment Portal on or before February 24, 2025
